Can i create a website and publish it onto mobileme using my own domain and not using iweb?

I mean could i publish without the need of iweb and still use my own domain?





Thanks for your help|||well u can create your own website with ur own domain but you have to pay for it. i know someone with their own website who pays £13.99 each year for two years with streamline and it is like www.theirdomain.co.uk. their domain is just an example not a real website!!!!
