IPod Touch "Find My iPod" & MobileMe Question?

I have a 3rd generation iPod Touch, but my boyfriend just bought a 4th generation. If he creates a MobileMe for me on his iPod and I sign in on my iPod, would it work? And then would he be able to create another MobileMe for himself?|||If you want you can use the same moblle me I.D on the ipods. But it has to be the SAME account. If you guys want your both separate accounts you will have to buy another membership which is $100/year.
