Which one and why for best answer.|||Hello,
Each of those hosts have distinct advantages and disadvantages.
Flickr is a great place to host large photos, and it has a large and active community of artistic professional and amateur photographers. It is easy to use and navigate and it lets you choose how much protection you want for your work. However, the free version only lets you host 200 photos at a time and it has a limit on how much you can upload in a month. The paid or "pro" level of Flickr removes these limits.
Picasa Web Albums is good for hosting large numbers of smaller files. You are limited to essentially 1gb of storage, and you do not have as many of the features of Flickr. Picasa also puts your photos into distinct albums. Picasa Web Albums is also free.
MobileMe Gallery is part of the paid MobileMe service through apple. The service is more aimed at helping the you keep your picture up to date in multiple locations, but you can also let friends and family see your albums. It is generally more private than either Flickr or Picassa in general nature, although all can host private images that are limmitted in who can view them.
I prefer Flickr because of the nature of the site, the ease of uploading and the control over the process. I also share most of my work, so it makes thing very simple. The layout and tools are the best for what I do.
Good luck and enjoy!
