How does MobileMe charge?

I've bought the MobileMe box and am setting up my account. In step 2, however, it asks me for my address for billing purposes. Am I charged monthly for using MobileMe or something? When would MobileMe bill me?|||It you just get the standard account with the minimal web space, it will cost $99.99/year. They only charge you once a year.
