Are there any advantages compared to the free email accounts out there? My current email address is being sold so I am getting lots of spam and what not. I'm wondering if I just pay a yearly fee for my email would it stop the spam. Also, does either account come with customized stationary and other goodies or no? I own a Mac computer too. Thanks for the help!|||I haven't received any spam on my mobileme account, but I really don't even use it for sending or receiving email.
The main advantage of mobileme is that you can sync calendars, contacts, files etc between multiple windows and mac computers as well as ipod touch and iphones.
You also get online storage space for files and online photo galleries.
Keep in mind, anytime you freely give out your email address, you're going to get spam.
You should have one address you use to email friends and family, and another address like yahoo or hotmail or whatever for when you order things or fill out online forms. Let all the spam go to that account.
