My iPhone 4 got robbed 2 days ago when i try to track it through track my iPhone (MobileMe)?

it says location unavailable what does this mean? and is there any other way to track it? thanks.|||i don't know. mobile me is the best one. if it doesn't work, then maybe the thief took it somewhere that mobile me can't find.
