Really want them|||Plaxo is about as close to MobileMe as I've seen. It will sync contacts and calendars across multiple PCs. This is a plug-in or small software package that can be downloaded and setup at www.plaxo.com.
As for iWork, the only free office suite I'm aware of is OpenOffice. www.openoffice.org.
When it comes to iLife, there are several individual applications that almost come close.
iTunes is practically the same on both platforms.

iDVD - I'm not aware of a 'free' product for Windows. Maybe others in the Answers community can help you out.
