You need to open up the email application on the iPhone and login using the same Mobile Me account you have online. If you have the account set up on your iPhone, delete it and keep the contacts when it asks you too. Then restart the iPhone. Log into Mobile Me and check that all your contacts are there and then open the Settings, Mail and Contacts then click Add Account. Put your Mobile Me info in and password and will download them from the Mobile Me site in a few minutes
