Help me publishing a site using iweb without using mobileme?

i did something easier. i clicked the "site" button on the upper left and clicked "published to: ftp" but every time I click the "test connection" it always says that the password is incorrect but it's not. i tried it for almost 30 times :( my server address is: ftp.smile.com and my user name is desiree. it says "incorrect password for "desiree" on "ftp.smile.com" please try again" help me please.|||Your password is incorrect.
