Can You make a MobileMe account without a Credit Card?

I was curious, because I have MobileFiles on my iPod Touch, and I needed a MobileMe account (www.me.com) But I need a credit card... If I just want the free trieal do I need the credit card number?... If I do, then What are some good applications where I can save files on?|||All details are on their home page
